This is a great place to get in shape. The staff are friendly and supportive. They are able to motivate and push you without making you feel judged. You will not get this kind of service at a gym.

I took a core fitness class taught by Eric Sutton before he opened Fitness Together where I learned about core fitness. Eric is very knowledgeable and the class was enjoyable.
