All material, data, text, graphics, pictures, video, messages, listings, advertisements, home pages or other information (material), whether posted publicly or transmitted privately, is the sole responsibility of the person from whom such material originated. We usually do not pre-screen, monitor, or edit material posted by users that may be available on or through 5StarReview.com. However, we reserve the unilateral right to establish and modify criteria for what constitutes offensive material on the site and to remove such offensive material.
